GRAND LAUNCH OF "OPERATION TOOFAN 2.0" AT ALOOR GRAMA PANCHAYAT
Aloor (28/09/2026): "Operation Toofan 2.0," jointly organized by Aloor Grama Panchayat and Aloor Police, was launched today with great enthusiasm. The event kicked off at 10:00 AM at Aloor Triangle with a flash mob presented by students of R.M. High School.
Following the flash mob, a mass public rally was held from Aloor Triangle to the Panchayat Office. The rally saw active participation from elected representatives, Panchayat officials, ASHA workers, Haritha Karma Sena members, Kudumbashree members, MGNREGS workers, students from Aloor R.M. High School and Mala Model Polytechnic, and members of the general public.
Aloor Grama Panchayat President Smt. Rosily Francis hoisted the Toofan flag in front of the Panchayat Office. In the official ceremony that followed at the Panchayat Hall, Vice President Shri P.C. Shanmughan presided over the function. Grama Panchayat President Smt. Rosily Francis officially announced the "Toofan Warriors" and administered the Toofan Pledge.
Standing Committee Chairpersons Smt. Helen Chacko and Shri Babu T.I., Ward Member Shri M.C. Shaju, and R.M. High School Principal Lyson Master delivered felicitations.
Aloor Police Sub-Inspector Smt. Sreelakshmy led the distribution of Toofan badges and conducted an awareness session on the Toofan message. A live video screening of the state-level inauguration was also arranged at the venue.
